Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. Everything is processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
If you reach out within an hour of ordering, we can usually still adjust things. After that the order is normally with our warehouse — but we'll do our best. Email service@opiandmax.com with your order number.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes, to most European countries. See our Shipping page for the full list and current rates.

What are opi&max socks made of?
Our socks are made primarily from GOTS-certified organic cotton, blended with a small amount of elastane for fit. Exact composition is listed on every product page.
What does GOTS mean?
GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is the strictest organic textile certification in the world. It covers everything from the cotton field to the finished sock — organic farming, fair labour, no toxic dyes. More on our GOTS page.
Where are your socks produced?
In a family-run knitting partner in Turkey that we've worked with for years. Fair wages, safe conditions, GOTS-audited.
Sizing & care
How do I find the right size?
Every product page has a size chart. If you're between sizes, take the larger one — our cotton softens and settles after a few washes.
How should I wash my socks?
30°C with similar colours, inside out, no fabric softener. Full guide on our Wash & Care page.
Shipping & returns
How long does shipping take?
Germany: 2–4 business days. Rest of EU: 4–7 business days. Details on the Shipping page.
Can I return socks I've opened?
Unworn and unwashed socks can be returned within 30 days. See Returns for the process.
