We ship from our warehouse in Germany, normally within 1–2 business days of your order.

Times are estimates from our carrier (DHL / DPD depending on destination). Holiday periods and customs in non-EU destinations can add a few days.

Tracking

You'll get a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as we hand the parcel over to the carrier. If you don't see it in your inbox after 48 hours, check your spam folder, then write to service@opiandmax.com.

Customs & duties

Orders within the EU never have additional duties. For Switzerland, UK, and Norway, the receiver is responsible for any local import VAT or fees.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, let us know — we'll open a search request with the carrier and either resend or refund once it's resolved.

Pickup & click-and-collect

We don't offer pickup at the warehouse, but DHL Packstation and PostNL points are supported during checkout.
