We want you to love your socks. If something's not right, here's how to send it back.
Our return window
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return unworn, unwashed socks in their original packaging. After 30 days we can no longer accept the return.
How to return
- Email service@opiandmax.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a return label and the warehouse address within one business day.
- Pack the socks in their original packaging, attach the label, and drop the parcel at any post office or pickup point.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll refund you to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs
Within Germany: returns are free. Other EU countries: €4.95 deducted from the refund. Outside the EU: the customer pays return postage.
Exchanges
The fastest exchange is to return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want. If you'd rather we handle it directly, write to service@opiandmax.com — we'll work it out with you.
Faulty or wrong items
If something arrived damaged, defective, or wasn't what you ordered, just send us a photo at service@opiandmax.com within 14 days. We'll replace it at our cost — no need to send the original back unless we ask.
Your legal right of cancellation
EU consumer law gives you a 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to our 30-day policy. The full text lives in our Cancellation Policy.
